Himalayan Honey Hunter Rum is crafted from the finest sugarcane and meticulously distilled in small batches. It is aged using the traditional soleras and criaderas process, resulting in a rich flavor profile with notes of vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, sandalwood, and toast. The rum is matured for a minimum of 15 years, with an additional year in Oloroso sherry casks, enhancing its smoothness and complexity. This limited-edition rum pays tribute to the Honey Hunters of Nepal, known for their ancient practice of honey hunting in the Himalayas. It is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a base for cocktails.
